The motto of PZPSA is a prompt and reliable satisfaction of needs and expectations of our current and future customers within the scope of production of paper bags.

Production

Production of SOS bags is executed with the use of the state-of-the-art machines of the German company Garant Maschinen (Windmöller & Hölscher Group). In production we use highest quality domestic and foreign raw materials, which hold necessary certificates. We have our own paint mixing plant, which guarantees the repeatability of each print.

Project and printing

We have our own computer graphics shop. We use the latest, always legal software of such companies as Adobe^® and Corel^® and owing to that we may propose the customer a pattern of overprint or overprint according to a graphic design delivered by the customer.

For printing process we use most advanced Italian 8 colour stand-alone printing press from UTECO company.

The experienced employees continuously check and optimise the processes and products.
We have been working on a continuous development of the packaging we offer.
We launch modern products such as, for instance, SOS bags with a foil window.

Ecology and environment

We carry out constant works on development of environment-friendly, energy-saving and recyclable products. The paper obviously, by definition, is biodegradable. Furthermore, our bags are also made from certified recycled paper or the FSC-certified paper. The foil, which is used in production of bags with a foil window, is also biodegradable. On the other hand, we are printing with the use of ecological water inks.

So, our bags are environmentally sound and they are approved for contact with food

Quality

In 2004 our company obtained Quality Management System Certificate
consistent with ISO 9001:2000. Further in 2010 our company obtained ISO 9001:2008,
which guarantees the purchase of highest quality products.
We have implemented the HACCP System.
We are regularly certified by the English company CMI
within the scope of hygiene standards and health quality requirements
of packaging in contact with food.

Our bags fulfil the health quality requirements and they are approved for contact with food.
All the raw materials, which are used in production, hold necessary certificates
guaranteeing fulfilment of rigorous European standards.

Therefore our products are subject to rigorous quality standards,
fulfil their standards and are fully identifiable.

Logistics

We have a logistic back-up facility, which is perfectly organised, both as far as warehousing and transport are concerned. We deliver goods both via courier companies (small quantities) and also by means of a dedicated transport (delivery truck / TIR lorry /cargo container). We complete deliveries Just-in-Time.
